🌟 Why I’m Drawn to This Work
During my rotations at Select Specialty Hospital and CVS MinuteClinic, I saw firsthand how impactful thoughtful, compassionate care can be. I was especially inspired by environments that focus on complex care, wound healing, ventilator weaning, and patient education. These experiences confirmed that I want to be part of the kind of healthcare that not only treats — but uplifts.
🤲 What I’ve Learned Along the Way
I’ve learned that patients don’t just need treatment — they need clarity, calm, and someone who listens. At CVS, I worked directly with patients of all backgrounds, often helping guide them through vaccination education. My bilingual communication skills allowed me to support families with trust and empathy, which made every moment more meaningful.
🎯 What I’m Working Toward
Now certified as a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), Registered Phlebotomy Technician (RPT), and with BLS training, I’m ready to bring my skills to a team that values growth, service, and teamwork. I’m currently seeking opportunities where I can continue learning, contribute with heart, and grow into the kind of nurse patients and colleagues can count on.
I’m a Well-Rounded and Prepared Professional
My portfolio includes my resume, a thoughtful cover letter, and a letter of recommendation that reflect not only my clinical experience, but also the way I work—with compassion, responsibility, and respect for every team I join.
I Lead with Purpose and Reflection
Through my nursing philosophy and service learning reflection, I share the values that guide me: empathy, ethical care, and human connection. These aren’t just ideas—I’ve lived them in my rotations and patient interactions.
I Know My Strengths—and Where I Want to Grow
My skills checklist shows what I’m confident in, from basic procedures to clinical communication. But it also highlights my desire to keep learning and improving, because growth never stops in nursing.
I’m Committed to Lifelong Learning
I actively pursue continuing education and stay curious about how to serve better. For me, nursing isn’t a job—it’s a calling that requires constant development and a heart that stays open.
I’m looking to join a team where I can combine my clinical training with my compassionate approach to support patients with professionalism, empathy, and reliability. I want to make a meaningful difference in every interaction.
